these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone accessing StreamJuice or
its connected features, tools, overlays, or future expansions.
1. Agreement to Terms
Use of StreamJuice constitutes acceptance of these Terms. You must comply with
all applicable laws and may not use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
2. User Accounts
Some StreamJuice tools may require an account. When creating an account, you
must provide accurate and current information. Failure to do so may result in
termination of your account.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any actions taken
under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
By maintaining an account, you agree to receive essential administrative
communications (e.g., downtime alerts, system changes). These are not
promotional emails.
3. Third-Party Services
StreamJuice integrates with multiple external services required for platform
functionality. Your use of these services is subject to their own Terms and
Privacy Policies, including but not limited to:
- Twitch: Authentication and chat integrations.
- Google AdSense: Used to display ads where applicable.
- PayPal: Used for donations and payment features.
- Analytics Services: Such as Google Analytics.
These services operate independently from StreamJuice. We are not responsible
for their actions, policies, or content.
3.1 Affiliate Disclosure
StreamJuice may participate in affiliate programs. Clicking an affiliate link
may place a cookie on your device for commission tracking. Affiliate
relationships do not influence recommendations or presented content, and there
is no additional cost to you.
4. User Conduct & Content
You are responsible for all content you submit through StreamJuice tools. You
may not use the Service to:
- Conduct fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal giveaways.
- Violate applicable laws, including gambling or lottery regulations.
- Harass, harm, or abuse individuals or groups.
- Upload content that infringes on the rights of others.
We may remove content or terminate access for violations without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All original content, branding, graphics, and functionality are owned by
StreamJuice unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or distribute
material from the Service without permission.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access or account at any time, with or without
notice, for violations of these Terms or other reasons at our discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ends.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” StreamJuice makes no
warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability,
uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. Features may change or be removed
at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamJuice is not liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of
data, revenue, use, or access—even if advised of such possibilities.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be
handled under applicable U.S. legal principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after
updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms. When possible, material
changes will be communicated in advance.
